teaching group meditation classes for over 5 years, Eleana
now focuses her energy on private sessions, providing a unique
blend of meditation and coaching, bespoke to your needs.

All
of these things and more can be achieved in one to one sessions
with Eleana. Sessions last an hour and provide the opportunity
for discussion as well as guided meditation. Other healing
modalities may be incorporated if you wish.
Many
people find that a block of 6 sessions is adequate to achieve
their goals, whilst others have been coming for years, using it
as their 'me time'. The gentle healing space that Eleana has created
for her meditation sessions is often described as 'like being
wrapped up in a safe warm cocoon'. Whilst reference may be made
to chakras and similar energy healing models, meditations are
non-denominational and are specific to your needs, usually
incorporating guided visualisation.
Sessions
are available throughout the week, with both daytime and evening
availability. Saturday sessions are also available, but being
popular tend to be booked up far in advance. Eleana only works
with people who are dedicated to making changes to their lives.
