should I expect from a Reiki session?
Reiki sessions are available at The Banstead
Village Clinic, where you will be able to relax on a massage
couch during the treatment. You will remain fully clothed
at all times throughout the session.
The
treatment may feel like a warm or tingling sensation at times
and many people even drift asleep during the treatment. You
may feel a little light headed and dizzy after the session,
but also extremely relaxed.
It is very important to drink plenty of water after a treatment
as your body needs to flush out the many toxins that Reiki helps
