Orders Placed online or by phone:

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours by 1st class post or our couriers Streetwise, if they have been placed online or by phone and paid by credid card or PayPal. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you and keep you aware of developments.

Postage and Packing:

is charged on a sliding scale for addresses in the UK mainland as follows: for orders up to £40, p&p charge is £3.00. For orders up to £80, p&p charge is £4.50. Orders over £80 are shipped free of charge. This pricing schedule excludes Lemon Detox products and special offer bundles.

Madal Bal /Lemon Detox Orders within mainland UK:

The shipping cost of £5.50 added to "special bundle" orders is a specially negotiated price for UK mainland customers only. This price includes, if you wish, free 24hr on-line tracking of your order.

Re-direction - please note: the above shipping costs are quoted only for delivery to the address stated on the original Paypal order. Once the goods are in transit, any re-direction to an alternative address is charged extra and has to be met by the buyer before any such redirection takes place. Re-direction charges can be expensive, up to 40% of your order value. Please email for further details.

Next Day Delivery: If you order before 12 noon Monday-Thursday you get next day delivery at no extra cost. If you order by Friday 12noon you get delivery next Monday. If you order any time after Friday 12noon up to Sunday midnight, you get delivery next Tuesday. These timings exclude Bank and national holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter. Consignments are delivered between 9am and 530pm. We cannot give you a specific time of delivery. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at extra cost. Please email for a quote.

Madal Bal/Lemon Detox Orders outside the mainland UK:

The buyer is responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of import taxes for orders outside the UK. We use Initial City Link for all our deliveries. The shipping costs include, if you wish, free 24hr on-line tracking of your order.

If you are a European Union customer, the shipping costs are an additional £44.99 (on top of the £5.50 nominal UK charges) which you need to add to your order here: EU(+). This service includes Eire, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and mainland Europe. Most EU destinations are either next day or two-day delivery. Please email for accurate delivery times.

If you are a US/Canadian customer the shipping costs are an additional £89.99 (on top of the £5.50 nominal UK charges) which you need to add to your order here: US/Canada(+). Most US destinations are two to five-day delivery.

Payment:

Payment may be made by credit or debit card, cheque or credit transfer. We are pleased to accept MasterCard, Visa, Solo and Maestro cards via PayPal's secure payment system. Cheques should be payable to The Healing Pond. Please put your invoice number on the reverse of the cheque.

Please note: Where a personal cheque is used as payment for an order, we will dispatch the goods once the funds have cleared. This may take between four to seven working days from receipt of your cheque.

We use PayPal to process your orders, therefore, we do not hold, store or view any sensitive financial information. Any such information is handled strictly through the PayPal secure ordering system, including your telephone number, to which we have no access, unless you let us know via an additional email.

Minimum Order: There is no minimum order charge; all orders are charged per item plus p&p.

Returning Goods - Our returns policy:

We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.

Goods Damaged in Transit/On Arrival

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within three working days of receipt of the goods. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it is IMPORTANT to refuse the delivery on the basis of visible damage. Once the damaged goods have been received back by us, we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Returning goods:
We offer a discretionary refund on returned goods. Any returned goods must comply with the following conditions:

* The goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 working days from receipt
* You must take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us

In particular this means that you will:

* Not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products or break any manufacturers' or tamper evident seals
* Return in good condition all packaging, documentation, etc.
* Return the goods in a condition that would enable us to resell them as new

Please note:

1.) The cost of returning unwanted goods is the responsibility of and payable by the customer.

2.) If we cannot issue a refund through Paypal, we reserve the right to issue a refund via cheque, less 25% for administrative costs.

Unclaimed Goods
For your protection, we require your signature on delivery.

In cases where:

1.) Our Couriers have not been able to obtain a signature when they first attempt to deliver your order, they will attempt to re-deliver the goods having issued a notification through your letterbox with contact details and instructions.

2.) If after repeated attempts at delivery, the goods are not claimed, our Couriers return the goods to us. In such cases we will always contact you by email and/or letter to inform you. If you do not respond to us with further instructions within fourteen working days, we reserve the right to issue a refund less 25% for carriage & administrative costs.

Non-UK Buyers:

The buyer is responsible for ensuring any order complies with local law including charges incurred
as a result of import taxes for orders outside the UK. The seller is not responsible for any such costs. The Madal Bal products are available to order online for overseas customers but attract additional carraige costs which need to be added when ordering the goods.

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy as a visitor to this website. Therefore, any information that is collected in respect to the origination of visitors to this site, e.g. IP address, country of origin and ISP (Internet Service Provider) is used to improve the experience of visitors to this website. This information is never shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. Your email address will not be disclosed to third parties nor will any patient information. We may use your email address to inform you of relevant offers and services. If you do not wish us to do so, please get in touch.
